What the program is / what it claims

• Ecom Talent offers two tiers (or at least two main offerings):

  • A membership aimed at individuals (“membership” model) at US$97/month that includes ad-creation training, AI tools & methods training, creative strategy, templates, weekly group coaching.

  • A “for brands” version at US$997/month, which includes more 1-on-1 strategy sessions, access to founder “Karlo”, creative team access, etc.

• The promise: to teach creative systems (ad creatives, video/static assets, creative strategy) that can scale an e-commerce brand to ~$100k/day revenue.

• Key components: creative asset production, ad-creative training (video, static), strategy for scaling, access to templates & resources, involvement of branding/creative team.

• The founder (Karlo) claims to have built a 7-figure agency scaling e-com brands and created this program to solve the “creative bottleneck” many brands face.

What I like about it

• Focused on creatives & ad content: Many e-commerce or dropshipping courses focus only on product sourcing, store set-up, or ads. This one emphasises the creative asset and scaling side, which is a real bottleneck for many brands.

• Tiered offering & team access: The “for brands” tier gives access to creative talent, reviews, strategy sessions which may add value for brands already spending substantial ad budget.

• Transparent pricing & features: At least the website lists what you get (training, templates, weekly calls) and the monthly cost.

• Realistic scaling goal: The $100K/day target is ambitious, but they specify “systems” and “creative scaling” rather than passive income. If one already has a product, brand and some traction, a creative system can be a multiplier.

Things to check / be cautious about

• Big claim, big investment: The goal of ~$100K/day is very high. If you are still early stage (small budget, one product, low ad spend) this may be ahead of where you are. Scaling to that level typically requires strong fundamentals (product/market fit, brand, operations, fulfilment) as well as large ad budgets.

• Creative alone isn’t enough: A lot of courses focus on how to make great ads, but if other aspects (product quality, margins, email / retention, logistics) are weak, scaling will hit blocks. The creative is one lever among many.

• Monthly subscription model: The monthly cost means you’ll need to get continuous value each month (calls, resources, creative team access) not just a one-time course. Make sure you’re comfortable committing.

• Success depends on usage and execution: As with all training programmes, results vary. You’ll likely need to actively implement, test creatives, allocate ad budget, refine funnels. It’s not “buy the course & money flows automatically”. For example, Reddit users often point out that the biggest wins come from consistent testing, creative volume and iteration.

• Brand & product readiness: If you’re very early or lacking product/market fit, you might benefit more from a more foundational e-com course. This one seems more geared to people ready to scale creative assets rather than just get started.

My verdict: Who this is & who it’s not

This is a good fit if you:

• Already running an e-commerce brand (Shopify, etc) with some traction and ad budget.

• You recognise that your limiting factor is creative/asset production and want a system to churn ads, videos, static creatives, team support.

• You’re ready to invest monthly and commit to doing the work (strategy + creative execution + scaling).

• You want to scale to 6-7 figure monthly revenue (and beyond) and are comfortable with higher risk/higher reward.

This might not be the best fit if you:

• Are just starting out with zero traction, little ad spend, no proven product yet.

• Are looking for purely product sourcing, or just store set-up, or low-budget testing.

• Want a one-time course and done, rather than an ongoing membership with monthly expectations.

• Prefer a conservative business build-up vs aiming for big scale fast.
